Board of Directors

Our overall management and supervision is undertaken by the Board. Our day-to-day management is the responsibility of the Managing Director who is assisted by two Wholetime Directors under the supervision, direction and control of the Board. A team of professionals forms the next level of management with responsibility for the divisions or functional areas that they lead.

The Board selects the senior management team, which is charged with the conduct of the Company's business. Having selected the senior management team, the Board acts as an advisor and counselor to senior management and ultimately monitors its performance.

Mr.Sudhir Budhrani is a successful entrepreneur having been involved in pharmaceutical field for the past 40 years. His visionary leadership & relentless effort is a moving force that drives this company ahead.
 
BMW Pharmaco India Pvt Ltd has three other Directors, Mr. Naresh Madhwani, Mr.Durga Prasad Budhrani and Mr.Vasudev Madhwani whose active participation and rich contribution has been instrumental in the success of this company.
